With the process you used, our patio looks like it did the day you completed the initial installation some seven years ago. I was also very impressed with Samatha’s approach to the job. Expecting just a quick wash/spray process, Samatha took the time to thoroughly wash with care each of our pavers and was meticulous in her application of the sealer. She made me feel that the level of attention given was the same as if it was her own patio. Out of curiosity, what is in the sealer that brightens the colors of the bricks so much? I find it amazing that after the patio took so many weather beatings over the years, you found a way to restore the brick’s natural coloring. I would highly recommend this process to any of your hardscape customers. Hunter Springs did a great job and I appreciate your outstanding efforts. “It is not hard to write a customer service review for Scott and all his crew from Hunter Springs. The hard part is where to start! Through an online referral service, I was able to find Hunter Springs. Scott called me directly and promptly set up a meeting so he could assist us in our home improvement program. It was a massive project that we wanted to accomplish that included plant and flowerbeds, walkways, drainage system installation and a stone patio. He was excellent in listening to what we wanted and helped us plan our dream concept. The concept he put together was awesome to say the least! He used actual pictures of our house and showed us our house with all the projects completed and how that would look. He conveniently set up the project in phases so his crew did not affect our living in the house. As our dream slowly became a reality his crew was consistently courteous professional and polite. Now, our home is complemented by a beautiful landscape that flows and pleases the eye and our nightscape lighting is the envy of the neighborhood! We were so impressed with the quality of service and care that we decided to take the leap and have a brick pizza oven and a fire pit installed. Scott and his team were able to build a beautiful oven from the ground up that is functional yet does not overtake our beautiful patio. What else can I say? Scott and his crew are welcome to stop by whenever they smell wood burning and enjoy a pizza!"
