The association administers the Landscape Industry Certified designation which is a benchmark for educational achievement for lawn care and landscape professionals.

The New York State Nursery and Landscape Association is a statewide professional trade association that is dedicated to advancing the interests of New York State’s nursery and landscape businesses and professionals by promoting sound business practices, expanding state and local markets, and exerting leadership in the development of sustainable communities. The mission of the Builders Exchange is to further the best intentions of the building and construction industry in Central and Upstate New York; to uphold wholesome relationships among all constituents of the building and construction industry and the public which they serve; to foster and encourage just and equitable principles for the conduct of business within the building and construction industry; and to acquire and disseminate information and materials which are useful and beneficial to the building and construction industry.

The Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI), founded in 1993, is the North American trade association representing the interlocking concrete paving industry. ICPI is considered by peer associations around the world as the leader in development and dissemination of technical information for design professionals and contractors. Our leadership position is due to years of commitment and energy from more than 1,100 members. ICPI engages in a broad range of technical, marketing, educational, government relations and communications activities. Membership consists of interlocking paver manufacturers, design professionals, paver installation contractors and suppliers of products and services related to the industry.

The National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA), established in 1918, is the national trade association representing the concrete masonry industry. The Association is involved in a broad range of technical, research, marketing, government relations and communications activities. NCMA is an association of producers of concrete masonry products, and suppliers of products and services related to the industry. NCMA offers a variety of technical services and design aids through publications, computer programs, slide presentations and technical training. We envision NCMA being recognized as the industry expert and primary information source for concrete masonry and related products by NCMA members. Through networking, marketing and education, NCMA will demonstrate the intrinsic value that member produced products provides the building process.

The National Federation of Independent Business is the leading small business association representing small and independent businesses. A nonprofit, nonpartisan organization founded in 1943, NFIB represents the consensus views of its members in Washington and all 50 state capitals.
