A full landscape design and build project, set in four phases has been started for this home, after a remodel and addition to the rear of the home. Phase one started with a raised patio that included inlayed nightscape lighting and preparations for pergola construction. Phase two was the surrounding patio to the raised patio. This included a walk to the drive and natural boulder retaining walls with boulder stairs to elevation changes. Also included in this phase were the preparations for landscape lighting and the construction of the pergola, built from hemlock wood. The third phase was the design and construction of an outdoor kitchen that was incorporated with the pergola atop of the raised patio. Phase four will include the completion of the nightscaping and the landscape design & installation of the trees, shrubs and perennials. This is truly an example of creating an outdoor “living room” in your CNY backyard environment!
